Plant and Equipment

Our plant is a 15,000 sq. foot building with overhead crane that is capable of picking 10 tons. Some of our equipment is as follows: 90 ton and 60 ton Iron Workers that enable us to cut, punch, and cope steel, a 250 ton Brake Press used to bend plates, Plasma Cutter for Cutting Stainless Steel and Aluminum, 7 MIG welding machines, Rolls for rolling bars, numerous magnetic drills. Our yard is serviced with a 15 ton P&H and Gallion cherry picker. With this equipment and plant we are capable of fabricating 75 tons of steel per week.

Quality Assurance

Quality and accuracy are checked at all stages of our process. Our detail drawings are checked prior to submittal, our purchase list and cutting schedules are checked prior to going to the shop, materials are inspected and matched to Mill reports when received, prior to drilling or cutting all layout marks are checked, welds are inspected, paint is inspected, shipping tickets are checked to ensure that all the materials are shipped.
